We collect the data you choose to send us through the quote request form or the contact form: your name, company, mobile number, email address, project type, project location, city, estimated budget if provided, and your project description, together with any files you attach.

We also collect information about how the website is used through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, but only if you agree to it. See “Cookies and analytics” below for details.

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set cookies for marketing purposes.

The data you send through the forms is used for one purpose: to review your request, reply to it, and prepare a quote or answer your enquiry.

Analytics data, if you agree to it, is used only to understand how the website is used and to improve its content and performance.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded, and no analytics cookies are set, until you agree. Your choice is stored in your browser.

If you agree, Google Analytics sets cookies that hold a random identifier and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the page you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We view this data only in aggregated statistical reports; we do not use it to identify you or for advertising.

If you agree, Microsoft Clarity also records how you interact with the website’s pages — such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — to produce heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the site’s design and usability. Anything you type into forms is not recorded: it is hidden before it leaves your browser. Clarity sets cookies holding a random identifier to link the pages you visit within the same session.

This data is processed on Google’s and Microsoft’s servers, some of which may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page; the analytics cookies are then removed from your browser.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up on the request and any resulting contract, and in line with statutory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to the staff responsible for handling enquiries.
